Lenwell Property Services, a lettings specialist for Bedfordshire and nearby areas, has acquired Milton Keynes agency Oakhill Residential Lettings in its latest expansion move.
The acquisition sees Lenwell, twice winner of the Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, moving into the Buckinghamshire area for the first time.
Lenwell will bring all Oakhill landlords and tenants into its new portfolio, and members of the original Oakhill team will continue to manage the Milton Keynes office.
Robert Wellstead, managing director at Lenwell, says there is more to come.
The team is an integral part of the plans for further expansion in Milton Keynes, an area we have always been interested in having a presence - it was simply a question of waiting for the right opportunity he says.
