The lettings wing of Countrywide is launching its third two-year Graduate Management Programme.

Of the 30 graduates who have so far completed the programme some moved on to become a student lettings manager, a regional trainer and a customer care coordinator, in addition to those taking up more typical branch roles.

The first year of the course focuses on developing understanding of the lettings business and roles within it, while the second year focuses on management.

Eventually the successful graduates complete a three-day induction course at Countrywide's Milton Keynes head office and - perhaps most attractively - receive the keys to their company cars.

Since the start of this year Countrywide has acquired 23 lettings businesses with, it says, more to come.
