Braemore, Edinburgh's largest letting agency, has announced its head office has moved to larger premises to accommodate its 65 staff in property management, administration, maintenance and finance.

The move to 6,200 square foot accommodation follows on from the consolidation of its acquisitions of eight of the city's lettings companies between 2010 and 2014 by property management company Lomond Capital, and the launch of an estate agency division.

Braemore also operates from two branches in the capital and manages over 6,000 tenants and around 3,000 properties.

It anticipates continuing on the acquisition trail next year with chief executive Malcolm Cannon saying having re-branded as Braemore eight months ago we are now operating at a much higher level.

Founded in 1992, Braemore was acquired in 2010 by Lomond Capital, in addition to Edinburgh-based James Gibb, Alba Residential and five other agencies.
