Who are you Simon Webb, not from Blue, but from the Cream Club.

What does it say on your business card Head of Production and Recruitment

What is your elevator pitch I Head up Production at the Cream Club. We produce property tour videos for estates agents across the country. We also provide magazines for our clients and support them in marketing campaigns, award applications and generally help them achieve stronger sales. These videos save our agents time as it gives the end user a better idea of whether the property is for them. Area videos further compliment this. Our products are proven to deliver a 48% stronger sale for agents.

What is your property prediction for 2014
If you ignore the cooling prime London market and the recent slow-down in the South East then prices will continue to rise as demand outstrips supply; especially when you consider the recent move by the Bank of England to relax mortgage constraints.

How do you feel the internet has changed the role of a traditional high street agent The impact is huge. The average customer is going to do a lot more research online before coming into an office so it is of paramount importance that an agent manages their online presence effectively.

What is the most satisfying part of your job Seeing the development of our team. We have expanded a lot in the last few months and had a fair few internal promotions as well. It's great to see the team stepping up and doing well.

Do you think government schemes Help to Buy and Funding for Lending have actually helped First Time Buyers to get on to the property ladder Not enough. I have a young family and prices are simply beyond us at the moment. Clearly for the highest earning couples or individuals the help to buy can be accessible but in my area the properties are still high priced, low in number and not on the market for long.

Would you say there is a housing shortage in the UK In cities there is still too much emphasis on houses rather than flats and apartments. For example in Cambridge prices are extremely high but there simply isn't enough smaller accommodation. Building restrictions mean that the flat complexes are not tall enough and prices remain high.

Do you think there will be a re-emergence of gazumping this year I hope not!
