The onward march of Belvoir Lettings continues - now it has snapped up Hereford agency Maitland Rachel, following an earlier acquisition just last week.
A few days ago the firm, one of the country's largest lettings franchises, purchased Key Estate Agents, an independent lettings agent.
Belvoir chairman and chief executive Mike Goddard says the latest acquisitions - funded by a loan through Belvoir - are further examples of the company's strategy to support our franchisees as they expand their businesses in their local areas.
And there is more to come, promises Goddard. "With a number of more acquisitions currently in the pipeline we look forward to updating the market on our progress of further expanding our network" he says.
