Agents can be assured that when they receive a lead from Tenants Plus, the tenant has been comprehensively referenced and credit checked, the tenant is interested in viewing the property (not a generic cold lead) and they are financially suitable for the property.

Once you have arranged a viewing directly with the tenant, and they have an accepted offer on the table, you can purchase the tenant's reference report and associated documents. You get the tenant in a similar way a split commission deal works, but at a fraction of the cost.

Each tenant report purchased through Tenants Plus will cost an agent £25 + VAT. The report will consist of a comprehensive referencing and credit check report, copies of the tenant's passport ID, recent utility bill, bank statement and visa.

There is a monthly membership fee of £200 + VAT per letting agent/estate agent brand. There will not be an additional cost per office or for office locations.
