How does it work
Taurus works using rules By creating individual rules, Taurus can automate anything from emails, diary appointments or text messaging to turning on the heating of a property. We will teach you this rule process which is incredibly simple and easy to learn. Once you have implemented these rules, Taurus starts to automate and saves you incredible amounts of time. Each rule will either be a trigger or schedule for example:
1. Trigger - This is when something within the system changes e.g. bank details, Taurus recognises this change and immediately notifies the correct person e.g. branch manager/director.
2. Schedule - This is a timed event e.g. at 2am Taurus will print overdue arrears letters.

Taurus has provided many examples of why it is the most dramatic development in software ever. For example, one of our clients has 70 rules installed across his whole business. This clearly demonstrates the power of Taurus and how it has the potential to save you enormous amounts of time. Taurus simply saves you time with administration through a simple rule coding system, saving you time as a property professional. Taurus also ensures that your business is secure by automatically complying with rules and regulations, for example one of our clients was saved from jail time as Taurus automatically sent a text, letter and email to a tenant informing them not to use the gas, whilst an engineer was organised to attend the issue. The tenant ignored these messages and used the gas - luckily no one was hurt, but it saved our client in court as they took all measures possible to keep the tenant safe.
