AgentPro, an estate agent software company based in South Wales, reaches its ten year anniversary this September. To mark the occasion it has totaled up almost 2 million sales and lettings for its clients since its humble beginnings.

In 2004 Brian Stokes and Gareth John, the company's founders, were approached by a local estate agent who asked if they could write a specific software package that would make the running of the business more efficient and day to day tasks less time consuming. The average working day for an estate or letting agent is usually incredibly busy and hectic with many early mornings and late nights. Having to take care of everything manually - daily paperwork, constant diary management and regular property updates - was not only tiresome, tedious and time-consuming; it was causing the client to miss out on a wealth of sales and money-making opportunities.

Estate agent software was a relatively unheard of concept at the time with only a small number of packages available. But after months of development and listening exactly to what the client needed on a day-to-day basis, AgentPro software was created and ready to use.

Since 2011 the company's client base has grown tenfold - from 50 to just over 500 agencies who currently use the software on a daily basis. More impressively are the results it has provided those agencies - an estimated 2 million sales and lettings.

The ultimate goal of the software is to help agents capitalize on property sale and letting opportunities, while simultaneously making the day-to-day management more efficient and less stressful.

  • Training & Costs - AgentPro is based on a per branch fee, not a licence fee with no upfront costs at all for using the software, as well as free software training which shows agents how to use the software to gain the best local competitive advantage for their specific branch.
  • Website and database integration - AgentPro integrates seamlessly with existing estate agent websites or databases. Once integrated with AgentPro, clients are able to promote properties online and benefit from automated website updates every time details are changed.
  • Managing your clients - AgentPro includes all the client handling features you could possibly need - from property matching facilities and rental payment reminders, to pre tenancy checks and telephone integration to make sure agents never miss a call.
  • Marketing your properties - AgentPro's marketing features consist of very powerful and unique functions that work in tandem with the agent's database to target their most relevant customers. Newsletters, property particulars, letters, window cards can be generated at the click of a button and sent to thousands in a matter of seconds.
  • Diary management - Sends out automated emails and text message reminders about meetings or appointments so an opportunity is never missed or forgotten about.
  • Client database management - Tracks all of client preferences and details, allowing agents to conduct effective marketing that targets the most relevant prospects - whether they're landlords, vendors, tenants or buyers.
  • Responsive Websites - AgentPro also have a large web design and development team who offer a website FREE of charge as part of their software package for new agents. Alternatively for established agents they offer advanced website functionality and bespoke design packages which help boost online performance and conversions.

Their web-designers and developers can build and launch multi-functional responsive bespoke websites for estate agents, tailored to their clients' specific requirements. The software now entails various packages, all at different prices.

Since its inception, the company has moved from small premises to a much larger office located on a Welsh business park, with a meeting office in London as well as plans for another move to a custom built office with cutting edge design and facilities in the next year. Not only does it serve UK clients, but also international estate agents.
