Lettings agents offered unique information packs

A pack aimed at giving tenants a unique insight into the property they are renting has been launched by the Property Intelligence People.

The new Lettings Property Intelligence Pack (PiP Pack) is said to provide tenants the same information as a Sales PiP released to buyers - this time giving tenants key information on the property and its surrounding area.

The PiP said that it set provider agents businesses apart from competitors "when Landlords are making their choice of agent that will set our customers up to win in 2014".

The Lettings PiP has the unique option to also create a secure property online "micro-site" that contains all the key information regarding the tenant's lettings transaction, such as:

Tenancy agreement

Inventory report

Check in report

Periodic inspection report

Safety certificates

Property manuals for appliances, alarms.

The firm said that through its partnership with Fixflo, the microsite was also designed to assist with tenant communications regarding problems and maintenance issues with a simple to use intelligent picture based online system.

All PiP packs are hosted by PiP online providing easy distribution to customers; they can be viewed on any device, both desktop and mobile including apple iPads and iPhones with built in social media sharing.
