What is ‘company name’ and what does it do?

CoreLogic supports the UK property services industry through technology, data and analytics. We provide specific services to the Estate and Letting Agency sector, aimed at helping businesses operate effectively, win more listings and market properties more effectively.

What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?

We provide Estate and Letting Agents with a “white-glove” service to create their listing collateral – high quality photography, 3D Virtual Tours, floor plans along with data services to improve customer insights, targeting and marketing.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

Our HomeVisit services transform the way listings are marketed and help to streamline the internal process. Our services include fully immersive 360° virtual walk-throughs, to showcase any size and style of property giving prospective customers unparalleled access with a very detailed and immersive picture of the property.

Our data services can help Agents identify key property events faster and have more effective conversations with customers, at the right point in time, enabling Agents to understand who their customers are in more detail.

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

Localising a well-established service from the US that combines great quality output with a concierge style service that  incorporates Virtual Tours and launching in a year when its actually promoted by the Government, good timing or good luck we accept it either way.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Seeing our newly formed team of people grow the business and succeed in achieving their personal goals, forming new partnerships with our clients and having fun while we do it.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?

Coping with the current volume of demand in the market whilst always being mindful of the potential threat of lockdown or a market shift when the furlough scheme comes to an end.

What is your property prediction for the remainder of 2020?

Continued demand for properties with gardens and open space, shift from city living to the countryside/coast, space for home offices on the property ‘checklist’ to accommodate the new working from home environment
