Hamptons International has been appointed sole agent for two of the latest private Build To Let schemes in the capital.

Hamptons will act for the Hyde Group for its Spark Apartments scheme, marketing 54 one and two bedroom apartments located in the Kender Triangle Regeneration area of New Cross. Apartments will be let on a furnished and unfurnished basis.

Hamptons Iis also overseeing the private rented element of City Wharf, a canalside scheme in the Old Street district. The scheme, which will be marketed under the FABRICA by A2Dominion brand, consists of one, two and three bedroom stylish apartments, 53 of which will be offered as private rented accommodation. These will also be available furnished or unfurnished and will be marketed in June.
