Belvoir has launched a new apprenticeship scheme for would-be letting agents.

Working alongside qualifications consultancy LMPQ, Belvoir will be offering talented young apprentices the opportunity to become part of its network.

Belvoir will offer mentoring and support for those starting their career, through two-year schemes incorporating work-based tutorials, online learning, learner progress reviews, exams and onsite observation.

On completion, successful applicants will receive a City and Guilds Certificate in Property (Residential Letting) at the end of year one, and the City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Property (Residential Letting), plus the Level 3 NFoPP Technical Award, at the end of year two.

“The apprenticeship will be branded Belvoir and include modules that reflect our business culture and practices,” says Belvoir’s business support director Ian Maclean.
