Leaders’ acquisition and expansion programme continues apace, snapping up another agency in a new area – Nottinghamshire. 

Leaders this week acquired lettings and sales operations at PWR Property Consultants LLP and PWR Residential Sales LLP in Mansfield and Nottingham. 

PWR was established in 2004 by Simon and Becky Perkins; the acquisition gives Leaders its 91st and 92nd branches plus a substantial rental portfolio around Mansfield and Nottingham.

Leaders’ lettings director, Emma Wells, who is overseeing the integration of PWR into Leaders says: “We are delighted to welcome our new staff and clients. This is a key acquisition for us, giving us two well established branches in Nottinghamshire which will make an excellent foundation upon which to extend our service in the wider area.” 

Leaders, which last year secured a £30m expansion financing facility to support its continuing buy-and-build strategy, says it wants to hear from others in the region who may be interesting in selling.
