Countrywide Residential Lettings has announced another expansion with the purchase of PIP Lettings in the East Midlands.

Countrywide says this another step to “stand out as a key player within the residential lettings industry”. PIP is a full-service residential lettings agency and management business, including services in property management and landlord and tenant advice.

The branch will trade under the Bairstow Eves name and branding and the team will continue to operate as before with Alicja Kaplon as branch manager.

Countrywide has expanded rapidly in the East Midland region; it has already taken over local firms HE Lettings, Lighthouse Property Services and Specialist Lettings & Management Services Ltd.
