Sequence wants 75 new lettings branches this year

Sales and lettings agency Jones & Chapman – part of the Sequence network – has snapped up the Liverpool arm of Farrell Heyworth Estate Agents as part of what Sequence describes as a plan to “expand and invest.”

The purchase by Jones & Chapman, which already has a well established sales and lettings presence in the north west region, is the latest acquisition by Sequence.

The company is currently undertaking what it claims is the country’s biggest-ever expansion programme – it aims for a further 75 new lettings branches added to its local branch network by the end of 2015.

Farrell Heyworth is one of the largest independent estate agency groups in the north west, established in 1991.

The Liverpool Farrell Heyworth operation will now trade as locally recognised Jones & Chapman and current members of staff will be retained assisting the transfer of the business and providing consistency to customers.

Chris Heyworth, co-founder of Farrell Heyworth says the Liverpool disposal “now enables us to concentrate our resources on developing the remaining 18 branches throughout the north west.”
