Connells Group has acquired another lettings independent – Selective Lets in Dunstable – following a series of recent purchases and takeovers.

Selective Lets was a local independent and family run residential lettings and property management business covering Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Luton and the surrounding areas. It was established in 1986 by Stuart Brown, who is now retiring.

Connells says the business will be transferred into its existing Dunstable branch, and one of Selective Let’s staff members will be retained.

This takes the number of Connells branches around the UK to 170.

Connells Group acquisitions director Mike Rowley says: “This is another key acquisition for our growing network of lettings businesses and will extend the company’s market letting service to even more tenants, landlords and buy-to-let investors.”
