The broker Independent Mortgage Solutions – which until now has found loans for clients interested in residential sales, self-build and buy to let – has started a letting agency.  

It is to be run from IMS’s offices in Bicester and will offer the traditional range of services for landlords including, finding tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, inventories, property maintenance and sourcing appropriate insurances and protection.

The lettings service will be run by manager Chris Craighead and the firm – to be called  IMS Lettings Solutions – will cover properties from one bedroom city centre apartments to houses and commercial properties.
