Two agents are organising a week-long motivational speaking tour set within Dragons’ Den-style warehouse venues in a bid to show the industry what it can do.

Richard Morris, managing director at Hartleys Estate Agents – part of the Newton Fallowell group – is organising the event with Luke St Clair, managing director of Knightsbridge Estate Agents. Both are in Leicestershire.

The events will focus on securing “peak performance and high achievement in estate agency” and will include contributions from Tom Panis, an Australian described as “a real estate coach”, and British estate agency trainer Julian O’Dell.

The agents promise to “inspire and super charge your estate agency career, outlook and wellbeing” in the events to be held next April in Manchester, Bristol and London.
