Leaders has added another seven branches to its 110-plus network in recent weeks.
The firm has just completed the purchases of Lloyds Property Agents in Wigan, and Town & Country which trades from premises in Droitwich, Evesham, Redditch and Worcester.
“The acquisition of Lloyds allows us to add a Wigan branch to our existing locations in the north-west, while the Town & Country branches will be rebranded as Leaders and included in our flourishing Midlands portfolio, which includes recently-acquired offices in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire” according to Matthew Light, acquisitions director at Leaders.
The deals come shortly after Leaders announced it had acquired Aidan J Reed in Loughborough and Quorn.
