Leaders has acquired another lettings independent, Faulkner Property Management.
Faulkner has two branches in Milton Keynes and Buckingham - new areas for trhe Leaders brand.
“We are also pleased to welcome all of the staff who have chosen to continue their careers with Leaders. It is our aim to build on their excellent work to date by helping the branches to move to the next level through increased marketing power, greater brand awareness and the support of our head office with its specialist departments" says Matthew Light, acquisitions director at Leaders.
The Faulkner deal comes within weeks of a series of other acquisitions by Leaders, including Town & Country in Worcestershire, Lloyds Property Agents in Wigan and AJ Reed in Leicestershire.
Leaders now has over 100 branches across the UK specialising in lettings, sales, buy to let and investment finance.
