Polish second most popular language for reporting tenant repairs

Online repair reporting system Fixflo has revealed that other than English, Polish is by far the most commonly used language by UK tenants to report repairs.

Data from the firm, which celebrated its second anniversary this month, shows that Polish exceeds the next three most commonly used languages combined for repairs reported by tenants.

Plumbing issues top the repairs list for letting agencies in the South of England but heating problems rise to the top the further north you head, Fixflo also reports.

Fixflo is now used by over 900 letting agents and has recently expanded into North America and Australia.

Its founder, Rajeev Nayyar, says he is targeting both markets for growth in the coming months.

Nayyar also says he is driving towards Fixflo being the standard way in which repairs are reported for managed rental properties.

To coincide with Fixflo’s second anniversary, Nayyar also confirmed that a Fixflo commercial property system will be launching this summer and that integration with overseas software providers is expected to be completed later this year.
