Two agents charged with fraud are expected to appear in court tomorrow
Martin Marcus and Nadim Khan will appear at Harrow Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
A north London newspaper says both are charged with falsely acting as agents to rent out property, and failing to repay rents and deposits to tenants between 2009 and 2014.
Corinne Marcus will also appear alongside the pair. She is charged with allowing the use of her bank account for fraud.
A trial is due to begin in early November according to a report in the Hendon & Finchley Times.
