Three agents have been announced as winners of The ESTAS Agent of the Month competition for July.
Bristol Property Centre won the Letting Agent ‘Landlord’ category and Caridon Property from Croydon took the Letting Agent ‘Tenant’ title. The Alsager branch of Butters John Bee won the Estate Agent of the Month title.
Each of the three agents secured their success courtesy of ratings from their clients who completed The ESTAS online survey rating the level of customer service they received from their agent.
“We’re really delighted to have won, awards such as these really do improve the standards of the industry and show landlords that there are letting agents who will work hard to deliver results. Our main aim is too always listen to the customer and tweak our service to fit around the needs they have as no two landlords are the same” says Ashley Day, director at Bristol Property Centre.
“After our Gold Award win at the ESTAS in April, this is another great accomplishment. Our ethos has always been to treat tenants with respect and deal with requests or issues with speed and efficiency. This has a beneficial effect on the way the properties are cared for by tenants and is a comfort for the landlords that we deal with. I’d also like to thank all the tenants who voted for us, we will endeavour to keep up our high standards of good customer service” explains Lora Bencheikh, portfolio director at Caridon.
John Hodge, branch manager at Butters John Bee Alsager, says: “We were delighted to pick up the Award for the month of July and I feel proud of the Butters John Bee Alsager team. Customer Service is a key part of our pledge to clients and this award proves we are delivering what we promise.”
