A letting agency has announced that it has formed a partnership with a heating installer to provide support for its managed properties.
Robinson Michael & Jackson, operating in Gravesham, Medway and Swale in Kent, has employed Swale Heating to carry out gas safety checks and provide Landlord Gas Safety Records on its behalf.
The deal also means that the agency will offer a number of the heating firm's products to its landlord clients including 24 hour cover and a number of insurance products.
“Working with Swale Heating will help to streamline the service we can offer to our landlords. It will provide the property management team with one point of contact and help speed up the process,” says Debbie Pennell, lettings director at Robinson Michael & Jackson.
Matthew Edwards, Swale Heating sales director, adds: “Robinson Jackson has a long-standing reputation for providing a quality property management service and we’re very proud to be working with such a widely respected estate agency group.”
Robinson Michael & Jackson is part of The Robinson Jackson Group, which has 30 branches and departments in London and Kent.
