Platinum Properties has won the ESTAS monthly letting agency awards in both the landlord and tenant categories for the second month in a row.
The ESTAS awards are purely on feedback from clients when they complete The ESTAS online survey rating the customer service received from agents.
“We’re so very proud to have won these two awards” said Maria Morgan, Platinum’s managing director.
“We set up two years ago to establish a new benchmark in the market around Cambridgeshire and Suffolk and the fact that our landlords and tenants genuinely feel we are meeting the benchmark we set for ourselves is the highest compliment we could’ve received” she says.
“We’ve had some fabulous feedback as part of joining The ESTAS and it’s been very helpful in tweaking some of our procedures to allow us to further enhance the service our clients receive. We have built our business heavily on recommendations.”
It was also two in a row in the estate agency category with Butters John Bee recording its second Agent of the Month title - this time the Crewe branch took the honours after the Alsager office took the title in July.
