Robert Watts Lettings has secured the latest Lettings Landlord award from the ESTAS.

Kate Watts, head of lettings of the agency based in Cleckheaton says “We try to build really close relationships with our landlords and this proves we are doing something right. This award is all down to the hardwork and commitment of my lettings team so a big thank you to them.”

In the Best Letting Agency for Tenants category it was a first time win for Welso Property Management from Bathgate near Edinburgh.

Ashley Millan, head of private rented services here, says: “Our goal from the outset was to provide tenants with a service that would instill security and confidence at a time of uncertainty and change in the private rented sector. Our team is thrilled to be awarded agent of the month in this category.”

Wigan-based agent Ashtons has won the latest Estas Estate Agent of the Month title.

The accolade was achieved due to the excellent ratings it received from its customers when they completed the ESTAS online survey.

All the agents taking part are aiming to win the ultimate prize which is a Grand Prix award at the 13th annual ESTAS ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in central London in April, presided over by TV property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
