Four well-known figures in the worlds of compliance and agency training have joined forces to launch the Property Professionals Support Centre.

PPSC aims to offer training courses, compliance services and helplines for agents.

The centre is being operated by David Beaumont and Gillian Mills, both directors of Compliance Matters, along with Gill Johnson and David Lane, directors of GKJ Consultants Ltd.

In a joint statement the directors of the two companies said: “With government, enforcement bodies and the media closely focussing on quality of service and compliance we believe that simply delivering training is not enough, especially when it is purely based on theory.”

In addition to trainers with long-standing experience in sales, lettings and block management, the centre aims to offer online assistance. “By going to our soon to be launched Support Centre website, agents will find compliance and performance improving services ranging from a selection of cost effective training options through to health checks and document reviews” says the statement.

Johnson, who along with Beaumont have delivered substantial numbers of courses for NFOPP in the past, says: “It was a privilege to write and deliver our training courses on behalf of NFOPP. However, we’re now delighted to be able to offer a broader range of services across the country.”

Details of the venture’s new website will be published shortly.
