“We’ve been particularly focused on attracting new partners this year as we needed to find a larger venue to host the awards. The support our partners have provided has enabled us to move to the Grosvenor House Hotel which boasts the largest ballroom in London” explains Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group.

This year over 30,000 customers have taken part in the research that goes into the  ESTAS awards, recognising  the best agents, brokers, conveyancers, homebuilders and suppliers in the residential property industry. The awards rate firms on the quality of customer service they provide to their clients during transactions.

“These awards are unique in that they are based on the votes of each entrant’s customers, providing the opportunity to really get an insight into how good the service is that they’re providing.” explains Daren King, Head of Tenancy Deposit Protection at The DPS

The annual ESTAS ceremony takes place on Friday April 15 and will be hosted once again by Phil Spencer.

The ESTAS are also partnered by Absolutely Magazines; Agency Express; Agents Giving; Angels Media (publisher of Letting Agent Today); easymatch; Expert Agent; Guild of Lettings Management; Mortgage Brain; Propspace; SearchFlow; Tenant Shop and Today’s Conveyancer.
