Property software firm VTUK has announced the appointment of a new sales director in response to ‘increased demand for automation’.

Ian Mclaughlin has fifteen years of property industry experience and has previously worked for Dixons Countrywide and FCC Paragon.

The software provider has also confirmed that it has hired four specialist developers and expanded its technical support team.

VTUK, which provides software for over 1,300 agents, has also purchased a new premises to cater for its expanding workforce.

“We are delighted that we have been able to find such gifted and experienced individuals as well as introducing the right cultural fit to our client facing team,” says Peter Grant, managing director of VTUK.

Meanwhile, Qube Global Software – which provides property management software – has made two new appointments.

Emma Zimmer, who has worked for CBRE, will join as implementation consultant, while ex-Derwent London account manager Cheryl Allen joins as a business consultant.
