Statistics revealed by ESTAS founder Simon Brown reveal just how important the awards are in terms of showing public support for the winners.

Brown says there was a record entry this year from agencies in both the Tenant and Landlord categories, with 38 per cent of letting entries registering for both categories.

“Agencies are recognising that tenants can have a big influence on the reputation of a firm with the use of social media” says Brown, and figures prove his point.

This year no fewer than 3,400 tenants voted in the competition, as did 3,800 managed landlords and 3,100 let-only landlords.

This link here takes you specifically to the ESTAS results for letting agents rated by tenants.

And this link here is to list of victorious ESTAS letting agents as rated by landlords.

Here are the winners of the ESTAS People awards and we have interviews with each of them in this special piece from Marc Da Silva.

If you want an overview of the awards in all of the lettings categories, plus those for sales, suppliers and developers, go to the ESTAS site here.
