A global rental transaction processing firm has reported rapid growth since launching in the UK

PayProp says it has appointed several new members of staff and partnered with numerous ‘top-tier clients’ since January.

The firm, which automates online payments and reconciliations, is now working with agents SecureLets, Holden Copley, Clarke Holland and Gareth James.

PayProp describes its growth strategy as ‘ambitious’ and says it has already doubled its UK sales team.

“Our launch in the UK has gone better than we could ever imagine,” says Shawn Brown, PayProp’s business development director.

“It’s gratifying that the market here has endorsed [our] vision.”

PayProp already works with Sotheby’s International Realty, Knight Frank and Engel & Völkers and has affiliated with the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents since launching in the UK.
