A part of the Property Software Group – recently snapped up by Zoopla – is launching a tool that it claims is “reinventing the renting experience for agents” by making it easier for tenants to communicate with them, and vice versa.

Jupix says it has worked closely with agents to create My Property File, which it describes as “a simplified property management solution” that allows users to report and track maintenance issues, view important documents online and keep each other informed with notifications and messaging.

It is already available to Jupix users but Zoopla Property Services, now the parent company of the Property Software Group, says it will be available to all Property Software Group subscription package users in the next six month.

The PSG brand portfolio includes Alto, Jupix, CFP, Vebra, Encore, MoveIT and My Property File.

This is the first major new product to emerge since Zoopla made its acquisition, which means the portal group is now a provider of software to over 8,000 agency branches and 40,000 individual estate and letting agents across the UK cloud-based and desktop software.
