Today sees the launch of what claims to be the UK’s first online commercial estate and letting agency.
Virtual Commercial will offer those looking to sell or let commercial property in England and Wales a fixed fee service.
The firm’s fixed fee is £999 and it says it offers ‘marketing support’ and a 24-hour freephone
It says it will handle all inital enquiries and will only pass on ‘firm leads’ to vendors and landlords, which they can then manage online.
The agency is to list properties on Zoopla, PrimeLocation, NovaLoca, Property Link and MoveHut.
Virtual Commercial will allow clients to manage their documents, leads, viewings and progress in one place on its website.
“Selling or letting a commercial property has never been a cheap activity,” says Andrew Vertes, the agency’s co-founder and chief executive.
To date, it’s also been complex and time consuming. We want to change that,” he says.
“Our fees are fixed: they don’t vary based on the property’s value, and we include everything you need to sell your property. Not only is it an innovative and cost effective service; it’s better, faster, and simpler than anything else,” Vertes adds.
New lettings management service charges 9% of rent plus VAT
