The team leader of the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team is amongst a bevy of experts on a panel at The Property Ombudsman’s conference this autumn.

The event – called ‘Raising Standards’ – is being held in Solihull on October 12 and the panel discussion will feature Munro along with property expert Kate Faulkner, NAEA managing director Mark Hayward, Leon Livermore of the Trading Standards Institute and Northwood managing director Eric Walker.

There will be interactive sales and lettings workshops, including one with real-life examples of consumer complaints led by Katrine Sporle, the Property Ombudsman, and Jane Erskine, TPO’s casework director.

Guest speaker at the event will be Tony Anderson, former marketing director of Easyjet, who will speak on Distinctive Marketing.
