High-end agency sets up corporate tenant relocation division

Todays other news

The London division of Jackson-Stops & Staff has launched a new residential corporate services department for corporate tenants looking to relocate to the capital or Surrey.

The agency says data from the Office for National Statistics reveals increasing demand from companies operating overseas to move their employees here.

JS&S says the team not only endeavours to source the ideal property for tenants relocating internationally or from a different part of the UK, to the London or Surrey area, but undertakes additional services from identifying suitable schools and local health services to a specific yoga class.

The new department will be headed up by Amelia Redington, who has worked in lettings for 13 years.

“We’ve noticed a significant increase in demand among corporate tenants relocating to the south east as global firms expand their businesses to new locations” says Redington.

The agency has 12 branches across London and Surrey.
