Zoopla has moved into a new headquarters, a 45,000 square foot property adjacent to Tower Bridge in central London.

The new offices will host almost 500 of its total 750 staff working on the Zoopla and PrimeLocation portals as well as utility switching site uSwitch and industry software supplier Property Software Group.

The premises include what Zoopla Property Group’s press release described as “themed areas, meeting rooms and break-out spaces” which are “a distinct departure from typical office environments” and include a living room, dining room, wine cellar, study, media room, conservatory, library, terrace and even a treehouse.

Since its launch eight years ago, ZPG has grown from a handful of employees into a FTSE 250 business with over 750 employees.

“This move marks another exciting chapter in our journey and it is great to have all our London-based staff under one roof” says Alex Chesterman, founder and chief executive of Zoopla Property Group.
