Belvoir's Portsmouth office has acquired the local Lettings Direct business, adding a further 100 managed properties to its portfolio.
The move coincides with the Belvoir Portsmouth branch moving its Southsea office to larger premises and launching a sales service.
Belvoir managing director Dorian Gonsalves says this acquisition is the first of many more to come.
“With a further £4m worth of acquisitions in the pipeline, brand Belvoir is set for major growth in the future.I would encourage any independent agents who are currently considering their exit strategies to contact Belvoir and speak confidentially to our acquisitions team to obtain further information” he says.
Belvoir recently announced the acquisition of an independent operating on the Orkney Islands.
