Another two independent letting agencies have been acquired by the Property Services Holding Group. comprising Leaders and Romans.

Leaders has completed the acquisition of both Houselets, a lettings and property management specialist based in Worcester, and the lettings portfolio of Morris Armitage in Bury St Edmunds.

The Houselets deal adds to Leaders’ portfolio in Worcester, where it has completed the acquisition of three companies – Premier Places, Simply Lets and Town & Country – since September 2015.

“The excellent teams at both Houselets and Morris Armitage have agreed to transfer to Leaders. These deals show we are still expanding and are always on the lookout for new opportunities. PSH has more than doubled in size the last three years and plans to double again in the coming five years, so any business owners looking to sell should get in touch” says Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at PSH.

The PSH network now spans 151 Leaders and Romans branches across the UK, making it one of the country’s largest agencies.
