The ESTAS, the unique customer feedback and awards scheme for estate and letting agents and other sectors of the property industry, has launched its first advert specifically targeting consumers.
The commercial features the voice of Phil Spencer who presents The ESTAS Awards ceremony each year.
“It’s always been our intention to promote the philosophy behind the ESTAS direct to the general public. Now with our partnerships with consumer brands like Zoopla and Feefo, the time is right for us to launch our first campaign" says ESTAS founder Simon Brown.
"For the next two or three months we’re going to do a campaign using social media channels to see what reaction we get. If the feedback is positive we’ll then look at TV and radio for next spring" he has told Letting Agent Today.
The advert is designed to increase brand awareness and inform customers how the ESTAS feedback scheme works; it also encourages them to look out for the ESTAS logo when they are starting their home moving process, whether with an estate or letting agent or a conveyancer or mortgage
“The campaign will not only help to inform the general public about the ESTAS but give our agents, brokers and conveyancers a distinct advantage in the battle to win business" explains Brown.
"We really want to drive home the message that if your firm is serious about customer service you need to part of the ESTAS feedback and award scheme.”
