Strutt & Parker has launched a new corporate and relocation department for domestic and international tenants relocating within London and the Home Counties.
The new team aims to assist businesses of all sizes with relocating staff, providing a central point of contact for corporate relocation agents and streamlining property searches across its offices in London, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.
The department will be headed by Mary Charsley, who moves over from her role as head of lettings at Strutt & Parker in Ascot.
The launch of the department has been spearheaded by the agency's national head of lettings Kate Eales, who was appointed in June to lead the firm’s growth and expansion in lettings on a national level.
Eales describes the new department as a "natural extension of our existing successful lettings business, responding to market demand for a completely bespoke and personal service.”
