There’s a new player in prime London’s burgeoning lettings sector – Quintessentially Estates.

The new division is to be led by Quintessentially chief executive Penny Mosgrove along with Joshua Cantor-Fuller – who will take the title head of lettings – and Simon Garcia.

Mosgrove has ran her own estate agency branch at the age of 23 and has worked in the industry now for 17 years; Cantor-Fuller has worked for 10 years in London lettings; Garcia has worked within the Quintessentially Estates firm for seven years selling and buying prime property across London.

“The expansion is a result of an uplift in the needs of our clients and members for a more focused, tailored and bespoke client-led lettings service that they aren’t currently receiving in the marketplace” says Mosgrove.

“We also provide a tenant-led home management service, a USP for Quintessentially Estates having witnessed a gap in the market” she says.

The firm specialises in the sale and acquisition of prime residential properties in London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Los Angeles, Monaco, Portugal, Ibiza and Switzerland coupled with a recent office opening in New York City.
