Louise Griffiths, currently a board member on the Association of Residential Letting Agents, has joined Romans as director of the agency’s property management division.
Griffiths previously worked as a regional director at both Savills and Hamptons International and her now role has overall responsibility for property management in the group’s lettings division.
She is managing in the region of 85 property management staff across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Middlesex, a number which the firm says will increase over the next 12 months.
Griffiths is charged with introducing initiatives to enhance profitability on acquisitions purchased by the Romans Group, as well as the existing portfolio, through streamlining work practices and further enhancing service delivery in order to support the rapidly expanding customer base across new market places.
The firm is also continuing its acquisitions strategy of recent years.
