Two more acquisitions for Leaders as it takes branch total to 115

National estate agency chain Leaders has announced the acquisition of two property businesses in the north of England.

Yesterday it took over Minchin Fellows, a two office agency in Chester and earlier in the month it acquired Homesearch Property Management, another two branch agency based in Stoke-on-Trent.

These four new branches brings Leaders branch total up to 115, and its acquisitions director, Matthew Light, says more deals will be announced in the coming weeks.

All current employees at both agencies have opted to stay on as their branches transfer to Leaders.

“We are looking to build on the excellent reputation of both Homesearch and Minchin Fellows by rolling out our full range of sales and lettings services to customers across Stoke-on-Trent and Chester," says Light.

Leaders has now completed six acquisitions in 2016, adding ten new branches across nine new towns to the company’s portfolio in the process.
