The latest annual letting agency survey has been launched by Fixflo, with the support of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Last year’s survey - the second of its kind, covering more than 750 branches - was most famous for its revelation that 46 per cent of agents admitted that they knew of a landlord who had changed letting agency due to a repair related issue.
The survey’s data culminated in the creation of a report with additional data aggregated from more than 70,000 repairs in properties handled through the Fixflo system.

Fixflo says the information garnered from the survey serves to inform lettings processes across the UK, with an aim of increasing efficiency, improving client retention, providing premium customer service, and reducing costs associated with property maintenance.
