SDL Bigwood - owned by Century 21 UK franchise parent company Shepherd Direct Limited - has been selected as the lettings and property manager by a major player in the Build To Rent sector.
Back in January we reported that Shepherd Direct Limited - best known for owning the Century 21 UK franchise - had acquired CPBigwood, the Birmingham-based property and auctions business for an undisclosed sum. SDL has interests in surveying, valuations, lettings, mortgages and agency.
Now Sigma Capital - one of the UK’s most prominent players in the burgeoning Build To Rent sector - has chosen SDL Bigwood as ‘Letting and Property Management partner’ for its fund, which aims to build 1,000 units across England over the next 18 months.
