Hamptons International and Day Morris have been appointed as joint lettings agents for London’s first bespoke Build To Rent scheme.
Vantage Point in Islington will have 118 purpose-built apartments for tenants in a 17-storey tower. They have bespoke furniture packages for tenants, who will be served by residents’ lounges, a business lounge, a roof terrace, wi-fi and a car club.
There will be an on-site concierge-style residents’ service in a bid to provide tenants with, in Essential Living’s words, “a level of service not presently seen in the housing market.”
“We wanted to maximise awareness of this landmark for London letting by working with leading national and local lettings agents. Both firms share our vision and commitment to offering great customer service, and we’re delighted to have Hamptons and Day Morris as part of our team” says Nick Underhill, lettings director at Essential Living.
Jon Pitt, director of Build To Rent at Hamptons International, says: “Essential Living’s vision for renting has more in common with a boutique hotel than the current buy to let market and we’re sure this scheme will prove popular with young professionals, couples and sharers alike.”
