An enterprising letting agency in the east Midlands is to stage a series of events under the title The Future of Lettings, discussing the changing landscape of the sector.
The first is in the afternoon of August 17 at De Montfort University’s Hugh Aston Building and will include speakers from the agency organising it all - Sky Blue Homes - plus Leicester council, a local solicitors’ firm, a property owners’ group and social housing portal Homefinder UK.
This first session will consider new legislation shaping the lettings sector, and how modern technology and marketing strategies can be used to make the lettings sector better informed and more profitable.
