Letting agents invited to property licensing training seminars

Two training seminars geared towards letting agents operating in London are being organised for the autumn. 


Organised by the National Approved Letting Scheme and delivered by the London Property Licensing organisation, the seminars are aimed at assisting agents understand licensing rules and comply with the law. 



The sessions will including explanations of mandatory HMO, additional and selective licensing schemes; the licence application process; local authority HMO standards; licensing enforcement and impact on agents; HMO planning controls; and the new regulatory controls coming soon as part of the Housing and Planning Act 2016.

All delegates will receive a licensing information pack and a summary of all property licensing schemes currently operating in London, and details of how to sign up can be found here.
