Fixflo integrates with mobile reporting software

Repair reporting platform Fixflo has integrated with inventory firm No Letting Go's letting agent reporting software Kaptur.

The integration means Kaptur will now transfer maintenance and damage information with photographs directly to contractors in an attempt to save property managers time.

Kaptur allows agents to combine the services of approved outsourced inventory companies and in-house clerks, providing reporting and real-time management.

Agents using Kaptur can generate professional inventories, including check-ins, check-outs and bespoke inspection reports.

“We see our business as a solutions provider to help our clients reduce costs by developing better integrated systems. The partnership with Fixflo is a fantastic step forward on this journey,” says Nick Lyons, chief executive of No Letting Go and Kaptur.

Rajeev Nayyar, managing director of Fixflo, adds: “Given the ever-increasing demands on property managers, I’m delighted that we have been able to deliver a seamless approach between Fixflo and Kaptur that should make their days that much easier.”

Last week Fixflo unveiled its latest Fixflo report which found that a small minority of letting agents remain unaware of legal changes made to the Section 21 eviction process last autumn.
