High-end London agency Glentree International has expanded its lettings team by recruiting a former Foxtons agent as its senior negotiator. 

Freddie Gershinson, who joins Glentree from Foxtons in Temple Fortune, spent over four years at Foxtons; during this time he became Lettings Valuer, heading a team responsible for chasing leads, securing instructions and maintaining relationships with landlords.

In 2014/15 Gershinson (pictured right) won first prize at the Foxtons Lettings Awards for fees generated and volume of deals done in his division.

He will be working alongside Glentree’s existing head of rentals, Amit Soni, and fellow negotiator Matthew Messider.
